Privacy policy
The Indian Legal Associates uses information submitted through this website to respond to enquiries and arrange a discussion about potential professional work. The enquiry form asks for your first and last name, email address, telephone number, city, selected practice area and a short message. It also records the page from which the enquiry was submitted, your confirmation of the enquiry notice, a submission time and an enquiry reference. Please do not submit identity documents, confidential evidence or sensitive case details through this initial form.
Enquiries are stored in the firm’s Supabase database and are available through the authenticated administration area. The website uses Vercel for hosting, Resend for enquiry email notifications and Cloudinary for published website images. These service providers process the information needed to deliver their respective services. An enquiry notification includes your submitted contact details and message so the team can respond.
A keyed hash of a network identifier is used to limit repeated submissions. The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The administration area uses authentication cookies to maintain an administrator session. Hosting and security providers may keep technical access logs to operate and protect the service.
Enquiry information is used for responding, follow-up and administration of the request. It is retained only as needed for these purposes and any applicable record-keeping obligations. If an enquiry becomes an agreed professional engagement, the handling of the matter and its records will be discussed separately. Information is not sold for marketing.
You may contact the firm to ask about the information held in relation to your enquiry or to request correction or deletion. Include the enquiry reference if available, and avoid sending additional sensitive information. The team may need to confirm your identity before responding. A request may be subject to applicable legal or professional record-keeping obligations.
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm an appointment or establish an advocate–client relationship. Please use the contact details on this website if the matter is urgent. External resources have their own privacy practices. Changes to this notice will be published on this page.
